What Cafeley holds, why we hold it, and how you can ask us to change it.
Who we are
Cafeley is run by Daathwi Naagh in Chennai, India. This page is for cafe owners who write to us, sit with us, or use Cafeley.
What we hold
Your name, cafe name, area, WhatsApp number, and email — because you sent them to us.
Your menu, hours, and photos — so your site and the Cafeley screens stay right.
Public Google reviews of your cafe. We pull what is already on Google. We do not buy a private guest list.
The cafes you pick to compare with.
If you use Petpooja: a copy of the menu and sold-out flags. Cafeley only reads. We never write back to Petpooja.
What we do not do
We do not take a cut of your bills.
We do not sell your reviews, your menu, or your guests’ words.
We do not run ads on the back of your data.
We do not change prices, items, or sold-out flags in Petpooja.
Why we hold it
To run Cafeley for your cafe: Overview, Menu, Reviews, Competitors, and the website from setup. WhatsApp is how we sit with you and how you reach us later.
Who sees it
Daathwi Naagh sees it, because he runs Cafeley. Cafeley marketing only uses what you asked us to use — your cafe’s public name, area, and the work you approved.
The site is hosted so the pages load. We do not sell the data on.
How long we keep it
While you use Cafeley, and a short while after you cancel so the account can close cleanly. Then we delete what we no longer need to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. That is your right in India. Write to us. We answer.
Cookies
This marketing site does not use advertising cookies. Cafeley may keep what it needs so the screens stay open on your phone. We do not track you across other websites.
Children
Cafeley is for cafe owners, not for children.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes. The new version applies from that day.
