The rules for using Cafeley and cafeley.com. Short, and the same for every cafe.
The product
Cafeley is four screens — Overview, Menu, Reviews, Competitors — plus a website we set up for your cafe. We sit at your counter first. It is not a WhatsApp newsletter. It is not a billing app. It is not Petpooja.
Money
Three ways to buy. Website as a service: ₹3,999/mo with ₹0 upfront. Launch + Analytics: ₹35,000 Digital Infrastructure & Launch Package (one-time) + ₹1,499/mo Analytics Engine. Analytics only (bring your own site): ₹1,999/mo + ₹2,000 onboarding. No cut of your bills.
The first 10 cafes get the first 3 months of their chosen monthly plan at ₹0.
What you keep
Your cafe, your menu, your photos, your Google listing. If you take the Launch package, you keep the website if you cancel the monthly product.
What we need from you
A true picture of the cafe. Permission to pull public Google reviews. If you use Petpooja, permission to copy the menu only — never to change it.
What we do not promise
A rank on Google Maps. A sales number. That every guest will write a review. Guest words come from Google and they move. We show the last pull.
We do not post a reply on Google for you. Cafeley writes a draft. You check it. You post it.
We do not invent the cafes next to you. You pick up to three.
Petpooja
If you are on Petpooja, Cafeley copies the menu and sold-out flags. Stock changes happen in Petpooja. If you are not on Petpooja, you edit the menu in Cafeley.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for the names, prices, and photos you put in Cafeley.
If we have to stop
We can refuse or close an account that breaks these terms or the content policy. We will say so on WhatsApp or email first unless the law says we must move faster.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. If we disagree and cannot settle it, the courts in Chennai.
